Meet Scott Lindsey

Scott Lindsey handles civil disputes at both the trial and appellate levels.
His experience inside the Second Court of Appeals gives him a practical understanding of preservation, standards of review, jurisdiction, mandamus practice, and the details that can shape a case long before an appeal is filed.
Mr. Lindsey served as president of the Tarrant County Bar Association. He currently serves on the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors for District 7.
